Kabobs
Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 eggplant
- Cherry tomatoes
- ½ pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 block tofu
- 1 bulb garlic
- ½ head broccoli
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- ½ inch grated ginger
- ½ tsp sriracha
Steps
- Drain and press the tofu.
- Cut all vegetables and the tofu into bite sized pieces.
- Add all the sauce ingredients and marinate the vegetables and tofu.
- Add a mix of all the vegetables to each skewer.
- Grill.
