Ingredients

  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tsp agave
  • 1 tsp dukkah

Steps

  1. Cut courgettes in half and score diagonally.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 10-15mins.
  3. Then pat dry and fry each side in some oil for 4-5mins.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and serve drizzled over the courgette.
