Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup carrot, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup frozen peas
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
  • 1 ½ tbsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom powder
  • 80ml water
  • 2 sheets of Puff pastry

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add curry leaves and spices, cook for few minutes.
  3. Add potatoes, cook a little, then add carrots.
  4. Once mostly cooked add the frozen peas.
  5. Add water and cook until the potatoes are soft and tender.
  6. Cut pastry into 4 squares, fill each with curry mix and seal the edges.
  7. Baked for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
