Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cashews
  • ½ cup water
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 - 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Soak cashews for at least 2 hours or in hot water for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain cashews and place all ingredients in a blender, process until creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings.
