Dosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup moong dal or red lentils
- 1 cup dry short grain brown rice
- 1 ½ – 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp peeled ginger
- 1 ½ – 2 Tbsp curry powder
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- Warm water
- 1 ½ Tbsp avocado oil for cooking
Steps
- Soak moong dal and rice separately for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse then put in blender with salt, ginger, curry powder, maple syrup and water to just cover the rice and lentils
- Blend on high for 1 minute or until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Swirl oil to coat a pan then cook, flipping roughly halfway.
