Aloo sabzi
Ingredients
- ½ cup red onion
- 1 ½ tbsp ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup chopped bell pepper
- 4 medium potatoes
- Coriander
Steps
- In wok sauté onion, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds and red pepper flakes.
- Add the bell pepper and potatoes and a pinch of salt and stir to coat.
- Cover (to help steam the potatoes) and sauté for 20-25 minutes, reducing heat as needed.
