Drunken noodles
Ingredients
- Rice noodles
- 1 block tofu
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- ¼ cup stock
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Thai red chillies
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 large, diced onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 carrot
- Pak choi
- 1 lime
- 1 cup Thai basil
Steps
- Drain and press the tofu.
- Marinate by covering with ingredients up until lime.
- Cook noodles by covering in boiling water, drain when cooked.
- Whisk sauce ingredients together.
- Pour sauce over noodles prior.
- Cook marinated tofu in frying pan.
- Cook garlic, ginger and chilli in the wok.
- Add carrot, then peppers, then onion.
- Add tofu and noodles to pan, once cooked stir in the basil.
