Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 block tofu
  • 1 tsp chilli garlic sauce
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1-2 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Pak choi
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Ginger
  • ΒΌ cup thinly sliced green onion

Steps

  1. Marinate cubed tofu in soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli sauce
  2. Mix sauce ingredients then set aside.
  3. Cook the tofu then set aside.
  4. Cook the onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, carrot, bell pepper, pak choi.
  5. Move vegetables to on side and add rice to pan and cook until lightly browned.
  6. Return tofu to the pan along with the sauce and stir fry for a few minutes.
