Stir fry
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 block tofu
- 1 tsp chilli garlic sauce
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1-2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- Pak choi
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 6 cloves garlic
- Ginger
- ΒΌ cup thinly sliced green onion
Steps
- Marinate cubed tofu in soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli sauce
- Mix sauce ingredients then set aside.
- Cook the tofu then set aside.
- Cook the onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, carrot, bell pepper, pak choi.
- Move vegetables to on side and add rice to pan and cook until lightly browned.
- Return tofu to the pan along with the sauce and stir fry for a few minutes.
