  • 1 block paneer
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 onions roughly diced
  • 2 tins tomatoes
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 chillies
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • Rice
  • Naan

Steps

  1. Soak the cashews in water
  2. Puree the tomatoes with the ginger and half the chopped chilli in a blender.
  3. Leave the tomatoes in the blender.
  4. In the wok cook the onion. Once mostly cooked add the peppers and then the garlic.
  5. Cook the rice.
  6. Add the tomato mixture and paneer to the wok and simmer until thickened.
  7. Without cleaning the blender blend the cashews with half a cup of water until smooth.
  8. Add the cashew cream and spices to the wok, use ½ cup water to rinse blender and add that too.
