Chinese broccoli stir fry
Ingredients
- 400g Chinese broccoli
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in salt and oil, quick blanch the Chinese broccoli.
- Remove the vegetables from the heat, drain and arrange on a serving plate.
- In a pan heat some oil, sauté the garlic till fragrant. Add in the sauce mixture.
- Cook over medium till the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the Chinese broccoli.
