Garlic green beans
Ingredients
- Green beans
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Chilli flakes
Steps
- Heat oil in the wok over medium and add the beans.
- Toss to coat with oil then spread them out and add the salt.
- Let cook until the bottom starts to blister and turn golden.
- Once golden transfer to a plate.
- Add the ginger and garlic to the pan, cook until fragrant then add the beans back.
- Stir then pour in the wine, soy sauce salt. Stir to coat.
