Ingredients

  • Green beans
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Chilli flakes

Steps

  1. Heat oil in the wok over medium and add the beans.
  2. Toss to coat with oil then spread them out and add the salt.
  3. Let cook until the bottom starts to blister and turn golden.
  4. Once golden transfer to a plate.
  5. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan, cook until fragrant then add the beans back.
  6. Stir then pour in the wine, soy sauce salt. Stir to coat.
