Ingredients

  • 2 apple, chopped
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tbsp coconut yogurt

Steps

  1. Heat a small pan over medium heat, add the coconut oil. Once melted add apple and sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom. Cook until softened.
  2. In a saucepan add oats, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Bring to simmer and cook oats until they reach your desired porridge consistency.
  3. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste. Top with apple, almond butter and yogurt.
