Easy naan
Ingredients
- 300g self raising flour
- 300g vegan yogurt
- Garlic
- Butter
Steps
- Mix the two ingredients in a bowl, if it’s too sticky add more flour, too dry add a little more yoghurt.
- Dust the kitchen surface with flour.
- Divide dough into four and roll out until thin.
- Fry in a greased pan for 2 mins either side/ until lightly brown on both sides
- Heat garlic and butter in microwave and brush on nann!
