Ingredients

  • 2 firm mangoes, diced
  • 3 small green chillies, minced
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Dash of salt

Steps

  1. Toss all ingredients together thoroughly. Taste, and adjust seasonings to taste.
  2. Allow the flavours to mingle for at least 30 minutes before serving.
