Thai mango salad
Ingredients
- 2 firm mangoes, diced
- 3 small green chillies, minced
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp basil, chopped
- 3 tbsp peanuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Dash of salt
Steps
- Toss all ingredients together thoroughly. Taste, and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Allow the flavours to mingle for at least 30 minutes before serving.
