Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • Rice
  • 2 cups cooked edamame
  • 2 carrots, peeled and julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 red pepper
  • Pak choi
  • Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Drain and press the tofu.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Cut tofu into cubes and toss with sriracha, soy sauce and garlic powder. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once.
  4. Cook the rice, pak choi and edamame.
  5. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
