Sriracha tofu bowl
Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha
- Rice
- 2 cups cooked edamame
- 2 carrots, peeled and julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 red pepper
- Pak choi
- Sesame seeds
Steps
- Drain and press the tofu.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut tofu into cubes and toss with sriracha, soy sauce and garlic powder. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once.
- Cook the rice, pak choi and edamame.
- Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
