Panda express super greens
Ingredients
- 1 cabbage, cored and diced
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 200g kale, stems removed
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
- ½ tsp msg
- 3 pinches salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Toasted sesame oil
Steps
- In a small bowl mix half the garlic and ginger, soy sauce, vegetable stock, oyster sauce and msg. Set aside.
- Heat the wok over medium heat. Once warm add the oil and half the garlic and ginger with a pinch of salt. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage and kale. Turn the heat up to medium-high. Keep stirring and sauté for 1-minute.
- Add the broccoli and sauce with salt. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to medium. Steam the vegetables for 3 minutes.
- Open the lid, add cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat.
