Cold tossed tofu
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- 400g firm tofu
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped coriander
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the tofu, red onion, and coriander. Gently toss until combined. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
