Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • 400g firm tofu
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the tofu, red onion, and coriander. Gently toss until combined. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
