Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce
Ingredients
- 450g Chinese broccoli
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil, separated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp msg
- ½ tsp sugar
Steps
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil and mix.
- Once boiling add the Chinese broccoli and cook until tender and bright green. Remove from heat and rinse with cold water and drain.
- In a small pan heat oil, once hot add garlic. Cook until fragrant then remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, add garlic, oyster sauce, and soy sauce together.
- Place Chinese broccoli on a serving plate, and drizzle with oyster sauce mixture.
