Ingredients

  • 450g Chinese broccoli
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil, separated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp msg
  • ½ tsp sugar

Steps

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil and mix.
  2. Once boiling add the Chinese broccoli and cook until tender and bright green. Remove from heat and rinse with cold water and drain.
  3. In a small pan heat oil, once hot add garlic. Cook until fragrant then remove from heat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add garlic, oyster sauce, and soy sauce together.
  5. Place Chinese broccoli on a serving plate, and drizzle with oyster sauce mixture.
