Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • ¾ cup diced white onion
  • ½ cup chopped coriander
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Taste and add more salt to season as needed.
  2. Let the mixture marinate for 15 minutes or several hours in the fridge.
