Pico de gallo
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- ¾ cup diced white onion
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chilli, finely chopped
- ½ tsp salt
Steps
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Taste and add more salt to season as needed.
- Let the mixture marinate for 15 minutes or several hours in the fridge.
