Korean cauliflower wings
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- ΒΌ cup gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
Steps
- Preheat oven to 230C.
- Add cauliflower to a bowl and toss with oil. Roast for 10 minutes.
- In the bowl add gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup and chilli garlic sauce. Whisk to combine.
- Remove cauliflower from oven and increase heat to 260 C.
- Add a few florets at a time to the sauce. Toss to coat, tap off excess, and place back on baking sheet.
- Return to oven and bake for 10 mins more.
