Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • ΒΌ cup gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 230C.
  2. Add cauliflower to a bowl and toss with oil. Roast for 10 minutes.
  3. In the bowl add gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup and chilli garlic sauce. Whisk to combine.
  4. Remove cauliflower from oven and increase heat to 260 C.
  5. Add a few florets at a time to the sauce. Toss to coat, tap off excess, and place back on baking sheet.
  6. Return to oven and bake for 10 mins more.
