Tzatziki
Ingredients
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup dill, minced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Steps
- Using a box grater, grate the cucumber.
- Drain off the excess liquid by squeezing the grated cucumber firmly with your hands.
- To a bowl, add the pressed cucumber along with all the other ingredients.
