Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¼ cup dill, minced
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

Steps

  1. Using a box grater, grate the cucumber.
  2. Drain off the excess liquid by squeezing the grated cucumber firmly with your hands.
  3. To a bowl, add the pressed cucumber along with all the other ingredients.
