Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Steps

  1. Combine the chia seeds and coconut milk and stir very well to avoid any chunks.
  2. Add the maple syrup and vanilla and mix everything very well.
  3. Divide the chia mixture between two bowls.
  4. Cover the bowls and refrigerate for about 4-5 hours.
  5. After 4-5 hours, puree the raspberries in a food processor.
  6. Mix the pureed raspberry and one of the chia puddings together.
  7. In small glasses, add a layer of the white chia pudding and then add a layer of red chia pudding.
  8. Top the pudding with coconut flakes and some raspberries.
