Banana brownies
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup nut butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180˚C and line a loaf pan with parchment.
- In a bowl mash the banana and mix with everything but chocolate chips.
- If the batter is dry add 1 tsp milk at a time to make it pourable and spreadable.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour in the pan and bake 20 minutes until the edges are done and the middle is springy.
- Let bars cool completely and slice into fudgey squares.
