  • 4 leeks
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 cans cannellini beans
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ cup stock
  • Chives, chopped
  • Crusty bread

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Heat some oil in the wok. Once hot and add the leeks, cook until jammy.
  3. Add the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the stock and mix. Pop in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Top with chives and serve with bread.
