Green chilli burgers
Ingredients
- 2 diced onions
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 can chickpeas
- 4 green chillies
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 lime
- 1 handful coriander
- 2 tsp sugar
Steps
- Sauté onion and garlic.
- Add onion and garlic to a bowl with chickpeas and mash them.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Divide into patties.
- Cook patties until browned on either side.
- Cook in over for ~15 mins.
