Ingredients

  • 2 diced onions
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 can chickpeas
  • 4 green chillies
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 lime
  • 1 handful coriander
  • 2 tsp sugar

Steps

  1. Sauté onion and garlic.
  2. Add onion and garlic to a bowl with chickpeas and mash them.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Divide into patties.
  5. Cook patties until browned on either side.
  6. Cook in over for ~15 mins.
