Mushroom swiss burger

Ingredients
- 4 plant-based burgers
- 4 burger buns
- 4 sliced onions
- ΒΌ tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 300g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Aioli
- Spinach
Steps
- Heat the pan over medium and add butter. Once melted add the onions and sugar.
- Turn the heat down and cook, stirring occasionally until caramelized.
- Add the mushrooms and continue to cook until they are soft and caramelized. Set aside.
- Toast the buns with a little butter in the oven.
- Turn the heat up and add the burger patties to the pan. Cook on both sides.
- When the patties are almost done, put the mushrooms and onions on top of them.
- Put a slice of cheese on each one and cook until slightly melted.
