Chocolate peanut butter dumplings
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 130ml single cream
- 100g peanut butter
- 12-16 dumpling wrappers
Steps
- Add your broken pieces of chocolate into a glass bowl.
- Place the glass bowl gently over a saucepan of boiling water.
- Keep the pan on medium to low heat and stir frequently until completely melted.
- Pour in your single cream and stir until well combined.
- Take the bowl off the heat and transfer the chocolate mixture into a dish.
- Evenly spread out the mixture and then place it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to cool.
- Place a teaspoon of the cooled chocolate and a teaspoon of peanut butter on the centre of a wrapper
- Fold up the dumpling into a little parcel. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
- Place the dumplings into a steamer and cook for 5 minutes.
