Ingredients
- ½ tsp crushed chillies
- ¼ tsp oregano
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 chilli, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 block silken tofu
- Chopped fresh parsley

Steps
- Heat olive oil in the wok over medium.
- Add the onions, chillies and peppers and season with kosher salt.
- Cook until softened. Then add the tomato paste, tomatoes and sugar.
- Season with black pepper, oregano, and Aleppo pepper.
- Cook for a few minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add tofu and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook, folding gently, until tofu is heated through and broken into large curds.
