Honey butter garlic chicken
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp vegan butter
- 4 tbsp agave
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 package vegan chicken
- Rice
Steps
- Clean and cook the rice.
- Heat oil in the wok over medium-low. Once hot, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the butter and agave. Increase the temperature to medium so that it begins to boil.
- Add the vegan chicken and coat with the sauce.
- Now stir in the salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Allow the Chik'n to brown slightly then add in the bell pepper.
- Toward the end, add in the onion and mix to combine.
