Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • 4 tbsp agave
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 package vegan chicken
  • Rice

Steps

  1. Clean and cook the rice.
  2. Heat oil in the wok over medium-low. Once hot, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the butter and agave. Increase the temperature to medium so that it begins to boil.
  4. Add the vegan chicken and coat with the sauce.
  5. Now stir in the salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
  6. Allow the Chik'n to brown slightly then add in the bell pepper.
  7. Toward the end, add in the onion and mix to combine.
