Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups strawberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup strawberries, cubed
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Steps

  1. Puree the 1¼ cups of strawberries using a blender, food processor, or masher.
  2. In a small pot, add the strawberry puree, sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice and a third of the cut strawberry pieces.
  3. Bring to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, turn off the heat, and let it cool in the refrigerator.
  4. Add 2-4 tbsp of the syrup to a glass, pour in the milk, and topped with fresh strawberry cubes.
  5. Shake it all up together when you are ready to drink.
