Korean strawberry milk
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups strawberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¾ cup strawberries, cubed
- 2 cups coconut milk
Steps
- Puree the 1¼ cups of strawberries using a blender, food processor, or masher.
- In a small pot, add the strawberry puree, sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice and a third of the cut strawberry pieces.
- Bring to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, turn off the heat, and let it cool in the refrigerator.
- Add 2-4 tbsp of the syrup to a glass, pour in the milk, and topped with fresh strawberry cubes.
- Shake it all up together when you are ready to drink.
