Crispy potato pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Chives
Steps
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients until it becomes a soft dough.
- In a frying pan over medium-low heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter or oil.
- Once hot, scoop the potatoes mixture by the tablespoon and flatten into the pan, forming a pancake.
- Cook in batches and until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel and let cool.
