  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Chives

Steps

  1. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients until it becomes a soft dough.
  2. In a frying pan over medium-low heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter or oil.
  3. Once hot, scoop the potatoes mixture by the tablespoon and flatten into the pan, forming a pancake.
  4. Cook in batches and until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel and let cool.
