Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Vegan chicken
  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 handfuls of noodles
  • Sriracha mayo
  • Fresh coriander
  • Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. In a small bowl add the garlic, Chilli flakes and sesame seeds.
  2. Heat some vegetable oil in a wok then drizzle it into the bowl and stir.
  3. Add the soy sauce, maple syrup and peanut butter and stir again.
  4. In the wok add the chilli oil and soy sauce. Cook the chicken until darkened in colour.
  5. Add the bell peppers to the wok then the broccoli.
  6. Once vegetables are cooked add the noodles and marinade and heat through.
