Satay chicken
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Vegan chicken
- Red pepper
- Green pepper
- Broccoli
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 handfuls of noodles
- Sriracha mayo
- Fresh coriander
- Sesame seeds
Steps
- In a small bowl add the garlic, Chilli flakes and sesame seeds.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a wok then drizzle it into the bowl and stir.
- Add the soy sauce, maple syrup and peanut butter and stir again.
- In the wok add the chilli oil and soy sauce. Cook the chicken until darkened in colour.
- Add the bell peppers to the wok then the broccoli.
- Once vegetables are cooked add the noodles and marinade and heat through.
