Coconut lime popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup lime juice
- A pinch of salt
Steps
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until it has a smooth and thick consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour mixture into popsicle moulds (leave a bit of room at the top for the popsicle stick).
- Place in the freezer for half an hour, then add the popsicle sticks.
- Keep in the freezer for 5 more hours, until they are solid.
- Once frozen, run the popsicle moulds under warm water for a few seconds and gently remove from the moulds.
