Burritos
Ingredients
- Rice
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 2 red onions
- 1 can beans
- Coriander
- Avocado
- Salsa (maybe)
- Lime
- 6 cloves garlic
- Cumin
- Chilli powder
- Paprika
- Tortillas
- Tomato
Steps
- Cook the rice.
- In a large bowl mix the sliced bell peppers, 1 red onion and the garlic with the spices.
- Bake vegetables in the oven.
- Cook the beans on the stove top.
- Once rice is cooked mix in a large handful of chopped coriander and some lime juice.
- Assemble burrito
