Buchujeon
Ingredients
- 2 cups garlic chives, chopped
- ½ cup zucchini, grated
- ½ cup spring onions, sliced
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ½ cup plain flour
- ¼ cup chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp doenjang
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp spring onion
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients up to and including water together in a mixing bowl really well.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large saucepan and empty out the pancake mix. Be sure to pat the pancake firmly down with a spatula.
- Fry for 5 minutes on low then flip. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Chop into pieces.
- Mix remaining ingredients for dipping sauce.
