Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
  • 4 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • A little salt

Steps

  1. In a saucepan put the rice flour, starch, sugar, milk and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir constantly over low heat until it forms a smooth dough.
  3. Move it to a plate and quickly shape while hot using a spatula.
  4. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. Cut into bite sized pieces.
