Milk rice cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- 4 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch
- 200ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- A little salt
Steps
- In a saucepan put the rice flour, starch, sugar, milk and a pinch of salt.
- Stir constantly over low heat until it forms a smooth dough.
- Move it to a plate and quickly shape while hot using a spatula.
- Put in the fridge for half an hour.
- Cut into bite sized pieces.
