Honey sriracha sesame tofu
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 block tofu
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 6 cloves garlic
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 courgette
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- Pak choi
- 1 ¼ cups rice
Steps
- Drain and press the tofu.
- Cook drained and sliced tofu until brown, remove from pan.
- Cook the rice.
- Add ginger and garlic into pan and cook until softened.
- Add the carrot, green pepper, red pepper, courgette and pak choi stalks in that order.
- Mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, Sriracha, red chilli flakes and water.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and cook until sauce has thickened.
- Add pak choi leaves in and mix until cooked.
