Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh chillies, diced
  • 1 cup coriander
  • ½ cup parsley
  • Juice of 1 ½ limes
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¾ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Steps

  1. Place onion, garlic and chillies in blend, blend until finely chopped.
  2. Add coriander, parsley and oregano and blend.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and pulse a few more times until well combined.
