Chimichurri sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 fresh chillies, diced
- 1 cup coriander
- ½ cup parsley
- Juice of 1 ½ limes
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¾ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Steps
- Place onion, garlic and chillies in blend, blend until finely chopped.
- Add coriander, parsley and oregano and blend.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse a few more times until well combined.
