Matcha smoothie bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup milk
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- ½ cup blueberries
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 kiwifruit, sliced
- ½ tbsp coconut flakes
Steps
- In the blend add ingredients from banana to dates. Blend until smooth.
- Divide into two bowls and add toppings.
