Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 6 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced
  • ½ tbsp coconut flakes

Steps

  1. In the blend add ingredients from banana to dates. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into two bowls and add toppings.
