Mango matcha toast
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 4 tbsp vegan cream cheese
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Sourdough
- Shredded coconut
Steps
- Peel and thinly slice the mango.
- Slice and toast the sourdough.
- In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, maple syrup and maple until combined.
- Spread the matcha mixture over the toast then layer on the mango. Sprinkle over coconut.
