Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 4 tbsp vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Sourdough
  • Shredded coconut

Steps

  1. Peel and thinly slice the mango.
  2. Slice and toast the sourdough.
  3. In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, maple syrup and maple until combined.
  4. Spread the matcha mixture over the toast then layer on the mango. Sprinkle over coconut.
