Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup cucumber, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • 3 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 3 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Refrigerate until ready to use.
