Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tbsp chilli oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Cooked rice

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, chilli oil, water and cornstarch.
  2. Add oil to a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the eggs and pan-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the edges become crispy.
  3. Pour on the sauce, and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds and serve over rice.
