Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp biscoff spread
  • 1 tsp coconut flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Banana, sliced

Steps

  1. Cut 2 inch slices from the loaf of bread, using a small knife make a small slit in the middle and stuff with biscoff spread.
  2. In a bowl, mix plant milk, cinnamon powder, sugar, coconut flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Heat a pan on medium heat and melt the butter. Soak both sides of the bread in the milk mixture then add to the pan.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Cook until browned on the bottom. Flip and repeat.
  5. Place on a plate, drizzle some coconut yogurt over the top along with crushed lotus biscuits.
