Biscoff french toast
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread
- 2 cups plant milk
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp biscoff spread
- 1 tsp coconut flour
- A pinch of salt
- Coconut yogurt
- Banana, sliced
Steps
- Cut 2 inch slices from the loaf of bread, using a small knife make a small slit in the middle and stuff with biscoff spread.
- In a bowl, mix plant milk, cinnamon powder, sugar, coconut flour and a pinch of salt.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and melt the butter. Soak both sides of the bread in the milk mixture then add to the pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Cook until browned on the bottom. Flip and repeat.
- Place on a plate, drizzle some coconut yogurt over the top along with crushed lotus biscuits.
