Ingredients

  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Steps

  1. Blend ingredients from dates to salt with 1½ cups water in a blender on high speed until mixture is smooth.
  2. Add bananas, broken into large pieces, and 1 cup frozen blueberries; blend until drink is smooth and thick.
