Stewed rhubarb
Ingredients
- 500g rhubarb
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 80g caster sugar
Steps
- Clean the rhubarb and cut into inch long slices.
- In a saucepan add all ingredients and two tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil then simmer until rhubarb is cooked but still holds its shape.
