Ingredients

  • 500g rhubarb
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 80g caster sugar

Steps

  1. Clean the rhubarb and cut into inch long slices.
  2. In a saucepan add all ingredients and two tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil then simmer until rhubarb is cooked but still holds its shape.
