Airfryer tangyuan
Ingredients
- 6 frozen tangyuan
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into six rectangles.
- Place a tangyuan in the centre of a pastry square.
- Fold in the corners to the top of the ball and tuck in the seams as much as possible.
- Repeat until all pastry squares are used. Use a knife to gently add a 'x' to the top of each ball.
- Brush on milk to the top of each ball and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Space out evenly in the air fryer.
- Cook for ten minutes at 180°C.
