Ingredients

  • 6 frozen tangyuan
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into six rectangles.
  2. Place a tangyuan in the centre of a pastry square.
  3. Fold in the corners to the top of the ball and tuck in the seams as much as possible.
  4. Repeat until all pastry squares are used. Use a knife to gently add a 'x' to the top of each ball.
  5. Brush on milk to the top of each ball and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Space out evenly in the air fryer.
  6. Cook for ten minutes at 180°C.
