Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups nut milk
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted vegan butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Steps
- Mix the milk, vanilla extract and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside for about five minutes.
- In a large bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the sugar, butter and milk mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold together until just combined.
- Preheat the waffle iron. Once heated spray with oil.
- Scoop out batter into the waffle iron. Close and let cook until done.
- Remove each waffle and place on a baking sheet in the oven on 95°C. Continue until batter is used.
