  • 4 cups ice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 english breakfast teabags
  • 1 earl grey teabag
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 ½ cups diced peaches
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • Sliced peaches
  • Mint

Steps

  1. In a large heatproof bowl add the teabags to two cups of boiling water and let steep. Set aside to cool.
  2. Add water, diced peaches and sugar to a pot. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for ten minutes.
  3. Use the hand blender to blend the peaches until smooth. Strain the peach syrup through a sieve.
  4. Leave the syrup to cool. Once cool remove teabags from tea and combine the syrup with the tea.
  5. Pour over ice and garnish with sliced peach wedges and mint.
