Ingredients

  • 500g tofu, crumbled
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 65g flour
  • 15g parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Flatbreads
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pomegranate seeds

Steps

  1. In a large bowl mix ingredients from tofu to parsley.
  2. Use your hand to mash everything up together until you have a mixture that holds when shaping.
  3. Shape into small, evenly sized cylinders in the palm of your hand.
  4. Cook the cylinders in the air fryer until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Meanwhile mix ingredients from yogurt to olive oil for the yogurt sauce.
  6. Serve kebabs on flatbread and garnish with parsley, pomegranate seeds & yogurt sauce.
