Spiced rooibos iced tea

Ingredients

  • 4 rooibos tea bags
  • 2 English breakfast tea bags
  • 100g tangerine juice
  • 40g lime juice
  • 60g agave
  • 3 cinnamon sticks, broken in half
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 15 drops Angostura bitters
  • 500g boiling water
  • 350g cold water

Steps

  1. Add all the iced tea ingredients to a heatproof jug/container and stir well.
  2. Refrigerate until completely chilled- overnight is best to develop the flavours- then strain.
  3. Serve over ice with more fresh lime and tangerine.
